At Rock'n'Bombs, we offer shipping services to customers within the United States. We strive to ensure your bath bomb experience is as smooth as a well-orchestrated rock anthem. Here's what you need to know about our shipping process:

Shipping Rates

  • Standard shipping rates apply based on the total order weight and shipping destination and determined by the shipping carrier. We use USPS or UPS for our deliveries. All shipments are provided with tracking numbers. 

 

Free Standard Shipping

  • We're turning up the volume! Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $69 within the Domestic USA.

  • Free Standard USA Shipping is also available on all subscription boxes of any price.

 

Processing Time

  • Your order will be processed within 3 business days after payment confirmation. We strive to get your shipment to you as soon as possible.

 

Shipping Time

  • Once your order is processed, standard shipping typically takes between 3-7 business days for delivery within the USA, depending on location.

 

Order Tracking

  • After your order is shipped, we'll provide you with a tracking number via email, allowing you to keep an eye on your package's journey to your door.

 

Shipping Restrictions

  • At this time, we only ship within the United States. 

 

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete to prevent any delays or mis-deliveries.

 

Shipping Partners

  • We partner with reliable shipping carriers to ensure your bath bombs arrive safely and in perfect harmony, such as USPS, UPS and FedEx.

 

Delivery Delays

  • Although we strive to deliver on time, unforeseen circumstances or peak seasons may cause minor delivery delays.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team for assistance. We'll work diligently to resolve any issues. Please also submit a claim to the shipping company to make record of your missing parcel. 

 

International Shipping

  • We currently do not offer international shipping. Our rockin' products are exclusively available within the USA at this time.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Rock'n'Bombs, we want you to have a rockin' bath time experience every time you use our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase or have received a damaged item, we've got you covered with our hassle-free return policy. Here are the details:

72-Hour Satisfaction Guarantee

  • We stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return request within 72 hours of receiving your order for a full refund (minus any shipping fees). The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in sellable condition. Return items must approved and then be returned to our facility within 30 days after delivery date to qualify for refund. Return shipping with tracking and insurance is the customer's responsibility

Damaged Item Policy

  • In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 72 hours of receiving the package. We'll gladly replace the damaged item at no additional cost to you or offer a full refund of damaged goods. Photos must accompany damage claim. Damaged product packaging does not qualify as a damaged item. Please send an email to support@rocknbombs.com

Non-Refundable on Opened Products and Clearance Products

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds on opened products, safety seals, and product packaging. Items must be in sellable condition to qualify for a return (minus shipping fees).

Return Process

  1. Contact Customer Support: If you wish to initiate a return or report a damaged item, please contact our customer support team at support@rocknbombs.com within 72 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide Information: To process your return, we may request your order number, details about the product, photos and the reason for the return.

  3. Return Instructions: Our customer support team will provide you with return instructions to ensure a smooth return process.

  4. Return Shipment: Please securely pack the item and return it within the specified timeframe. Customers are responsible for the costs of return shipping, tracking and insurance.

  5. Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we'll process your refund (excluding shipping fees) to the original payment method. Once item is received and inspected, please allow up to 7 business days after we receive the qualified product for the refund to reflect in your account.

Rock'n'Bombs may update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use our website after any changes, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
